• GCash or PayMaya account number (last four digits only — full account numbers are not stored by jilitrik);
• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported banks (account name and number, stored in encrypted form);
• Transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method used;
• Account balance information.

2.5 Gaming & Behavioral Data

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AML regulations;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with Philippine tax and AML laws;
• Gaming history: Retained for three (3) years after account closure for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes;
• Customer support records: Retained for two (2) years after the resolution of the relevant support interaction;

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

11.1 jilitrik's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. In some cases, personal data may be transferred to and processed in other countries — for example, where jilitrik uses cloud service providers or game software providers with servers located outside the Philippines.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

13.1 jilitrik reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, jilitrik will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
